The cutoffs are subjective and cannot be predicted as they depend on a lot of factors like vacany of seats and number of candidates participating in the counselling.Usually the cutoff for 85% state quota is high as many candidates belonging to that state want to get a seat but the all india cutoffs are also almost equally same so it is difficult to predict .
