JGEC Jalpaiguri Course Admission 2024 - Fees, Date, Cutoff & Eligibility

JGEC offers admissions to the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The programmes offered for Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College, Jalpaiguri admissions are B.Tech and M.Tech. The college accepts scores of WBJEE for the B.Tech programme admission and WB PGET or GATE for the M.Tech programme admission. Candidates have to meet the cutoff in order to appear for the counselling for the B.Tech programme admission. JGEC Admission Process - M.Tech

• First, candidates have to meet JGEC eligibility criteria.

• Second, candidates have to appear for WB PGET, conducted by Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology.

• Third, after the declaration of the result, a merit list is released.

• Candidates with a valid GATE score are exempted from the entrance test and weightage is given to the GATE scores while preparing the merit list.
