B.Tech in Information Technology is a full-time four years duration course Affiliated to Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, Kolkata and Approved by AICTE.
Eligibility Criteria
a) Candidate must have passed the Qualifying Examination i.e. the ‘10+2’ examination with Physics and Mathematics along with any one of Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Computer Science / Computer Application as compulsory subjects with individual pass marks (in both theory and practical wherever applicable) in all the three subjects as stated above in regular class mode.
b) Must have obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category e.g. SC, ST, OBC-A, OBC-B, PwD) in the above three subjects taken together.
c) Must have passed English in the ‘10+2’ examination with at least 30% marks.
d) The Board of the said Qualifying Examination must be recognized by the Central Government or State Government concerned.

Good Placements
College Infrastructure
Our college has a good infrastructure there is an administrative building and there is a central library. There are 5 hostels, and the hostel's food quality is horrible but the hostels have good connectivity water, electricity, and the Internet.

There is a good infrastructure in our college, and full internet is available on the campus. There are lots of Laboratories in the college. Some of the classes are digital classrooms with projectors installed. There is a central library where students get mostly academic books but students are not allowed to study in the library. Hostel conditions are good in terms of electricity, water, and internet connectivity. But the space living space is not clean and mess food is not good and unhygienic.

College Infrastructure
The infrastructure is very large. But it requires maintenance. The campus is clean and large. There are many classrooms for each department and each year. Wifi is available. Though there are no smart boards but projectors are used. The hostels are clean and in good condition.
