Academic Qualifications

  • The candidate opting for the  Diploma in Quantity Surveying and Valuation course must have at least completed his 10 and 10+2. 
  • The candidate is a diploma holder in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

Evaluation process

Continuous Assessment Examination:

There will be 3 continuous assessments for the “Diploma in Quantity Surveying and Valuation'' course, and this examination will be for a duration of one hour which a weightage of 50 marks. The question paper will be of multiple choices, 2 marks, and 10 marks questions each.

Summative Assessments:
