WBJEE

WBJEE Board conducts West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) to screen eligible candidates for admission to various B.Tech courses offered by the participating institutes. Candidates who wish to apply for WBJEE will have to meet the eligibility criteria prescribed by the authorities and then proceed towards filling the application form. Candidates who qualify the entrance examination become eligible for admission to 90 participating institutes through the counselling procedure.

Presidency University Admission through PUBDET and PUMDET

The WBJEEB conducts offline entrance tests for UG and PG courses called PUBDET and PUMDET, respectively. The entrance tests are conducted screen the candidates for admissions to the courses offered in the Presidency University. Therefore to apply for admission to Presidency University, candidates are required to register for PUBDET and PUMDET in online mode only. The exam dates for the Presidency University admission 2020 differs as per the courses.

JENPAS UG & PG

WBJEE Board conducts common entrance examination titled JENPAS UG and PG (formarly known as JENPAUH) for admission to the following courses in Colleges/ Institutes in the State of West Bengal.

JELET

WBJEE Board conducts JELET in pen-paper based mode for admission to 2nd year Engineering, Technology and Pharmacy (except Architecture) courses in participating universities, government colleges as well as self financing engineering and technological institutes in the state of West Bengal. The application for JELET is released in online mode for the eligible candidates. JELET is held for 2-hour in which candidates have to answer multiple choice types questions. A total of 100 questions are asked.

WB JECA

WBJEE Board conducts WB JEECA (Common Joint Entrance Examination) for admission to Master of Computer Application courses offered by various institutions of West Bengal. The entrance exam commonly known as WB JECA is conducted offline, i.e. pen and paper mode. WB JECA consists of two papers- Mathematics and Aptitude. The question paper has 100 questions for mathematics and 50 for aptitude.

WB JEHOM

WBJEE Board conducts WB JEHOM for admission to the undergraduate course of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (HMCT) in the state Institutes. Through WB JEHOM, candidates are offered about 225 seats in the various institutions combined. The colleges accepting admissions through WB JEHOM include NSHM School of Hotel Management, Siliguri Institute of Technology, and Guru Nanak Institute of Hotel Management. The application form of WB JEHOM is released in online mode, while entrance examination is conducted in offline mode.
