The Training and Placements Office (TPO) on the HIT campus manages and handles all the placement-related activities of the institute. Heritage Institute of Technology Kolkata placement drives are conducted by the training and placements office to provide its students with employability. The training and placement office of HIT Kolkata invites many recruiting companies to participate in the HIT placement drives.

The HIT Kolkata placement department provides their students with various skill development and training programmes like personality development, aptitude training, programming, orientation programmes, and more prior to the placement drives on the HIT Kolkata campus. A total of 837 students from HIT Kolkata secured placements during the year 2022-2023 with HIT Kolkata's Average Package of Rs. 4.50 to Rs. 4.83 LPA, as per the NIRF data.

Departments like CSE, IT have good placements. It highest CTC varies from year to year. The placement in other core branches are decent comparatively. Almost every students with good academic background and scores can get a good placement.

Which is better vit Bhopal or heritage institute of technology kolkata west bengal

Hello,

Although all the campuses of VIT have its placements in the Vellore campus only but still there is no transparency in the placements in VIT vellore.

You can choose heritage institute of technology if you are getting non core branch . The fees in heritage would be around 8L and that of VIT bhopal would be just double of that.

So choose accordingly.
