Aliah University is one of the oldest educational institutions in the country, established in 1780, it was set up by Warren Hastings in New Town, Kolkata in 1780. It was previously known as the Mohammedan College of Calcutta or the Calcutta Madrasah. It was converted into a university in 2008, and since then, AU offers many undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral courses in science, arts, technology, engineering, nursing, and Islamic Theology. It is controlled by the state government and spans about 20 acres, with 200 faculty members supporting more than 5800 student enrollments. It is also accredited by the NAAC(National Assessment and Accreditation Council) and is given an AA+ grade in engineering. In addition to that, it is approved by the UGC. With this, it forms as the university of choice for many students.

The Aliah University, Kolkata, offers courses in different fields. The following table shows the list of AU courses.

B.Tech | Rs. 52.80 K | The student should complete 10+2 higher secondary education and should appear for the AUAT. Further, the student must have a minimum of 45% marks in AUAT for qualifying for the course. |
B.Sc | Rs. 14.10 K | The student should’ve completed 10+2 higher secondary education with valid marks as per the requirement of the Aliah University |
MA | Rs. 6.10 K | To enrol in this course, the student is required to have passed 10+2 higher secondary education and have graduated from a recognized institute with at least 45% marks. |
MCA | Rs. 44.90 K | The student is required to pass 10+2 higher secondary education. Further, he should’ve graduated from a recognised university/college with a minimum of 45% marks. |
MBA | Rs. 59.40 K | The student should’ve passed 10+2 higher secondary education and graduated from a recognised institute in the respective field with at least 45% marks. |
M.Tech | Rs. 30K | The student should’ve passed 10+2 higher secondary education and should’ve graduated from a recognised institute with a minimum of 45% marks. Further, the student should’ve appeared for AUAT and received 45% marks in it. |
Ph.D. | - | The student should’ve graduated, and post graduated from a recognized university in the respective field with a minimum of 45% marks |
Note: Candidates should meet the Aliah University, Kolkata eligibility criteria and have to meet reservation criteria to get admission.

very well infrastructure, the labs are pretty well built and maintained. The canteen facility could hae ben betr. the academy building and classrooms are knd of great and the hostels are outstanding the campus has its own playground.

College Infrastructure
It has awesome infrastucture . The classrooms are huge. The classrooms are Very neat and clean.it also has free wifi facility with no limit on data usage. It also has a canteen with clean and hygienic food facility for atudents and staffs.

College infrastructure is very good. It has all nessesary infrastructure equipments in labs . It has well provision for seperate boy and girls hostel . The classroom are well provisioned and has very good faculty .

Allah university doesn't offer Bachelor in pharmacy course. It offers various course from science background like B.Sc, btech,mtech etc .
there are so many other colleges who offers the b-pharma course you can apply on those colleges or the average fees of a b-pharma in india is INR 1.82 lakh to 3 lakh.

Aliah University provides admissions to BA, B. Tech., B. Sc., BCA, MBA, MA, M. Sc., MCA, M. Tech., B. Ed, and Ph.D. courses. Admissions to B. Tech., B. Sc., BCA are made through WBJEE entrance exam.
As per your mentioned query yes, you can get admission in BCA course in Aliah University without having mathematics in your 10+2.
