The college is having a great campus area with average infrastructure and good professors who are specialist in their own fields...the classrooms are non AC but standard with the normal black boards and wifi facility is available and labs are properly equipped with ac facilities

Good quality professors with lot of knowledge and you need to show up some real skills in order to gain internal marks and also attendance should be above average level...lab classes are mandatory to attend in order to gain practical work experience

Nearly avg package in CSE about 7 lac and all branch summarised it reaches nearly 6 lac....companies like TCS Infosys visits the campus and core branches have proper placement too unlike other colleges

With really minimal fees of within 50K the college definately serves the purpose of being a good quality government college with proper placements as per the fees and also the hostel fees is very nominal

Fests are great and also their are various canteens with many food options helping the students to stay in their comfort zones moreover the events like freshers improve the coordination between senior and juniors

A great value for money option with average infrastructure and good professors with helpful seniors in order to have a good campus life also we need to focus on the attendance part which is generally a bit strict for the internal markings else it has great fest which is probably 2nd biggest in west bengal and also the people here are coordinating and helpful ready to help you out everywhere with academics also there are various clubs which help make the college not just an educational hub

The campus spans 76 acres, with greenery, ponds, and gardens providing a calm and eco-friendly environment . College has several buldings. AAB is newly constructed. Most of the labs has sufficient Instruments. Few labs need renovation but that labs are managable if you have a laptop. Hostels are considered clean, affordable, and safe for students from different economic backgrounds. Campus life is vibrant, with around 14–15 active clubs such as Riyaaz (Music), Elysium (Dance), SAC (Automobile Club), Robotics Society (robotics club), Dev Community, KeyGEn Coders (Coding Club), GDGOC etc. KGEC organizes major annual events, the most famous being "Espektro", recognized as West Bengal’s second-largest collegiate fest. The atmosphere during fests, hackathons, and robotics events adds greatly to student engage

The CSE department at KGEC is one of the most preferred in the college, known for knowledgeable and cooperative faculty members. Professors often provide strong conceptual clarity and are approachable for doubts and guidance. The curriculum includes foundational physics and chemistry in the first year before progressing to core CSE subjects in the second year. Many students also take help from YouTube channels and GeeksforGeeks to deepen understanding.

The highest package has reached 92 LPA (Avalanche blockchain platform), while the average ranges between 5 4–7 LPA across departments.The placement cell is active in arranging training sessions and communication workshops.Major recruiters include TCS (Ninja, Digital, Prime), Infosys, Cognizant with around 70–80% students securing internships during their studies. But most of the success stories are off-campus. One of our senior got AIR 5 in GATE(ME). Also there are more gate holders and students who clack jobs of CTC more than 10 LPA. One of Alumni of CSE got offer from Amazon and Microsoft both.

The overall experience can be described as fulfilling in terms of academics and campus life, with improving placement opportunities and good value for money(approx 70k for 4 year).Hostel fees are only 2k per month with room and food.

academica are no doubt very ery good. all the professors of all departments are realy well qualified.. scientists.. few professors achieved world s 2% top most scientist award recently.. thay are awesome

The administrative building of KGEC which is newly build is actually good. It's the main office of your college but other building which are for 2nd years and the rest have to be renovated as non are in a good condition especially the washroom and water filters. The Campus has alot of greenery in it with small shops for student use.

Our faculties are really very helpful and holds amends knowledge about the particular subjects they are in. Most of them have completed their PhD degrees and also published many research papers.They are friendly with the students and make them understand the topics clearly

This college can handle emergency situation because AIIMS kalyani and many other medical institute is present near our college and also train bus auto transport systems are so much available .

Very nice infrastructure, it has well maintained labs and proper facilities for lab equipment infrastructure. It has well maintained architecture for student development overall and ensures that the faculties fulfill the caterance of each and every student.

I'm in my btech 2nd year in ECE department. I have seen the faculties are very helpful and prompt in ensuring the best quality of learning. The pedagogy is great. The curriculum is well updated and the developments in the field include proper job ready applicants for the near future.

Quality of placements have been good over the recent years and almost 87% of my senior either bag placements or internships. The highest pakage was 92LPA while the lowest pakage was 3.4 lpa. Highest pakage went to the Cse Department. Average salary offered was 8.9 LPA here. The faculty was very supportive.

My course costs 12000 rupees per year which is very cheap. Students have regular access to scholarships like SVMCM and MCM. It is completely worth it since the value we get for our facility is very amazing.

Very lush green and clean campus. Best facilities is the clean air to breathe and the worst feature is that you won't have enough time to explore it. The location is very ambient and nearby stations like kalyani Main station where one can avail local trains to major cities like Kolkata.

College infrastructure is very good and campus is ragging free and it's very clean.Good labs are there.Roads are well lighted.The area is around 107 acres.The campuss have gardens all around.No chance of disease and anything...

The campuss is well known for its academic structure.The teacher who are here are highly qualified.The are very helpful and have a supportive nature towards the students.If any student is focused towards GATE for higher studies of jobs in PSU this the best place for you.

Placement record is very good here.Companies like Google, Microsoft,LNT, Wipro,TCS,Jindal and Saw etc come here for recruitment and offer very good package for the students.In the year around 2025 around 94 percent of the total students are placed.
