The college is aesthetically pleasing, with a beautiful campus spread across 16 acres, including a dedicated 12-acre area for hostels and an 8-acre ground. Modern facilities, free Wi-Fi, and unlimited data usage are provided. In infrastructure was very best compared to others.

The Wi-Fi facility at COEP is good. The internet speed is 1-2 Mbps with a data limit of 1 GB per day. The labs are equipped with fully functional instruments like UTM, maturity meter, Ultrasonic pulse velocity meter, rebound hammer etc. There are two canteens available in the campus. These are quite hygienic. There is college ground opposite to hostel campus were almost all sports are played. A basketball court is also there inside the ground campus. Coming to the hostel campus, there is a newly constructed multistorey building as girls hostel. There are 3 mess inside the hostel campus serving hygienic healthy and tasty food at an affordable price especially for students. The hostel is near to JM road. Breakfast lunch evening breakfast and dinner are served.
Our college was good in placements.

Classrooms are equipped with proper benches and fans. In some classrooms and labs, air conditioning is also provided. The library in the college has huge collection of books and journals, as the college is the third-oldest in Asia.

College of engineering Pune is an autonomous college of Savitribai Phule Pune University. It takes admission on the basis of jee mains and MHTCET scores.
Jee mains seats are only reserved for 20% of the total seats . 80% of the seats are reserved for MHTCET candidates.
So if you have studied from Maharashtra then you would have an edge as you would be having the benefit of the home state quota.
