NIST Berhampur Facilities

National Institute of Science and Technology provides facilities for students, college staff and faculty members. The NIST Berhampur facilities include separate hostels for boys and girls, a medical clinic, transport, a library, laboratories, sports, a gym, a cafeteria, an auditorium, Wi-Fi facility, IT infrastructure, a swimming pool, etc. The sports facilities provided by NIST Berhampur include an indoor stadium, cricket ground, basketball court, badminton court, tennis court, and many more.

The college also provides hostel facilities for girls. The hostel rooms are well-furnished and well-ventilated and are equipped with all basic amenities. The hostels are fully enabled with wi-fi. TV, sports, telephone, library, medical room and many more are available in the hostels.
Medical/Hospital
National Institute of Science and Technology medical facilities are provided 24X7 through a well-equipped dispensary. The dispensary has trained doctors. For handling emergency cases, the dispensary also provides an ambulance facility.
Gym
National Institute of Science and Technology gym facilities are available for both boys and girls students. The gym is equipped with modern equipment for workouts. Trainers in the gym guide the students.
Library
NIST Berhampur library facilities include a range of textbooks and reference books, a large number of national and international journals, periodicals, newspapers, magazines and many more. Both students and faculty members can access the library facilities for academic and research work after their classroom lectures.
Sports
Both indoor and outdoor games are provided by the college sports department. Students are also encouraged to participate in various sports and games to stay physically and mentally fit.
I.T Infrastructure
The IT infrastructure of the college controls and manages the networking of the entire campus. Computers are connected with the high-speed internet.
Cafeteria
Food is hygienically prepared and nutrition content is well maintained by the NIST Berhampur cafeteria. The cafeteria serves all-time meals to the students, staff and faculty members at subsidised prices.

College Infrastructure

Our university has a good Wi-Fi network. There is a distinct library for every course, and the library facilities are good. The canteen is good; it provides clean, sanitary meals and good cleanliness. The facilities and infrastructure in classrooms are good. The labs are well-maintained and equipped with the necessary equipment. Students are also given access to transport services.

College Infrastructure

Nist's infrastructure is solid, fascinating, and spread over a large area. The location of the college is about 15 km away, but transportation is provided by the institution, which has non-AC classrooms, an auditorium, a library lab, a gym, and hostels.

College Infrastructure

With a campus spread around a vast area NIST provides Classrooms with AC, and sophisticated laboratories, hostel facilities for students along with transportation facilities for day scholars. Library is also available.

Cut-off is changing every year so its difficult to predict straight and confirm rather we can help you on regards of previous year's cut-off.

Though your rank is not bad for CSE , according to previous year cut off for general category the rank was in range 306747-1105374 for B.Tech in NIST Berhampur . For B.Tech in ECE the ranks were 516780-1102879 .

So yes there is a a probability you may get a seat in CSE this year .

Which college should I choose for cse between GITA BHUBANESWAR and NIST brahmapur

GITA is superior to NIST in every way, not just with regard to placement. The colleges host the same hiring companies because they are almost in the same geographic vicinity and have nearly identical accreditations. However, I also consider fee structures to be important factors. And the GITA pricing schedule is reasonable.

can I apply without jee main in this college

YES, you can apply to national Institute of Science and technology, Berhampur (NIST) without giving JEE mains examination also. The admission to National Institute of Science and Technology, Berhampur is based on the results obtained in the NIST admission test.

The admission criteria for NIST berhampur is as follows : Fill the college application form. Candidates have to appear for the NIST Berhampur admission test. Seats will be filled on the basis of merit scores of the career points (70% weightage) and admission test (30% weightage). Shortlisted candidates have to submit the documents and pay the fees.
