Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management placement cell is student driven that coordinates with various companies for campus placements. GITAM placement cell enhances students’ employability by offering skill-based courses, technical and non-technical training, workshops, and personality enhancement programmes. GITAM placement cell aims to impart a holistic environment to train the students not only for placement but also for entrepreneurial ability. The institution’s sole purpose is to provide adequate knowledge to students blended with skills to help them to stand out in the job market.
In the month of July, 2024 a microfinance company SATIN CREDITCARE LTD visited for campus drive for MBA students, in which 7 students were selected. In 2024, it is reported that 111 students secured jobs on campus in B.Tech course. It also prepares students for public sector unit examinations, fosters entrepreneurial skills, and conducts psychometric testing and analysis. GITAM Bhubaneswar placement cell facilitates research activities in collaboration with foreign universities, corporate houses, and the government of India. Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management ultimate aim is to empower students with value additions that give them a competitive edge in the job market.
