Dear Aspirant ,
No you can't as AIIMS PG exam is for the MBBS graduates.
Here i mention some of the well known and reputed institutions of ayurveda from where you can do ur PG:
AIIA (All India Institute of Ayurveda), delhi
NIA(National Institute of Ayurveda), jamnagar
IPU(Indraprasth University)
BHU(Banaras Hindu University)
