Yes students from states other than Tamil Nadu have a separate admission  procedure. The university would open their web portals for online application from other states. Selection is made through Single window counselling. They count your PCM marks Physics-25%, Chem-25% and maths-50%. And upon the ranks according to the marks they call students for counselling. Around 150 seats are reserved for other state qouta students. The end date of registration for other state candidates is july7, 2019.
