With your rank you can get admissions in SVU or JNTU anantapur with the branches EEE, MECH, civ.
As the cutoff ranks change year by year, if you don't get seat in 1st counselling try for 2nd or 3rd you will get seat.

Hello candidate.As you mentioned that your rank is 13466 under BC-B category, it is very difficult to get admission in Sri Venteswara University Tirupathi.But there is a chance to get admission in JNTU Ananthapur, but not in 1st counselling might be in second or third counselling.For more details visit the official websites of the respective colleges.
