I would like to ask you that which exam are you referring to? Specify your query details more clearly so that we can help you. Also i would like to share my opinion that it doesn't happens that after being allotted the exam center, we can change it. So I don't think this would happen. Also for online exams, you need to reach to the allotted center for the exam.
