Yes, your RIOS 12th certificate from the 2015 batch is generally valid for jobs in private limited companies, especially since you also hold a degree from North East Christian University.
RIOS is recognized as a state open school board, and such certificates are usually accepted by private companies for job applications. The fact that you were able to pursue and complete a university degree also supports the validity of your 12th certificate. Most private companies focus more on your overall qualifications, skills, and degree rather than the specific board you passed 12th from, especially if it is recognized.
While a few top-tier or highly formal companies may prefer candidates from CBSE or state boards, most LTD companies will not have an issue with your educational background as long as your documents are in order and verifiable. You should be able to apply for jobs.
No, with 85.4824 percentile, you are unlikely to get Mechanical or Civil at SOE Tezpur through the North East quota under the EWS category.
Yes, your B.Com degree from North East Christian University (NECU), Dimapur, Nagaland is valid and eligible for both government and private jobs because:
It is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under Section 2(f) , meaning its degrees are formally recognized across India
As a result, NECU graduates can apply for UGC-regulated opportunities including competitive exams (such as UPSC, SSC, banking) and are eligible for government as well as private sector jobs.
With an All India Rank (AIR) of 232619 in NEET 2025, securing a government MBBS seat in Assam, especially under the North East quota, is highly unlikely. For MBBS, the competition is intense, and government colleges typically have cutoffs much higher than your rank. However, there's a slightly better chance with BAMS or veterinary seats, but it still depends on the specific college and category.

Hello,
Achieving 231 marks in NEET 2025 within the ST category provides a slight chance of obtaining an MBBS seat through the state quota in select North Eastern states, even though it might be quite difficult. Regions such as Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Nagaland, and Meghalaya, where there are fewer medical aspirants and a greater reserved quota for Scheduled Tribes, may see cutoffs in the lower spectrum, occasionally around 250–300 marks for ST candidates. Nevertheless, 231 marks fall just short of those lower-range thresholds, meaning MBBS admission may not be guaranteed. Nonetheless, you might still find opportunities in private medical colleges, government-aided private institutions, or through BDS, BAMS, or BHMS programs, which generally have lower cutoffs. It is strongly advised to engage in the counselling process of your home state and keep track of mop-up and stray vacancy rounds, during which occasional spots become available due to withdrawals.
Hope this helps. All the best!

Subject : Complaint Regarding the Tragic Death of a Child in an Open Stormwater Drain
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter as a deeply concerned citizen of Mumbai in the wake of the recent and heart-wrenching incident in which a 6-year-old child was washed away in an open stormwater drain during heavy rainfall. The tragedy occurred due to the absence of proper safety measures and timely maintenance of civic infrastructure, especially in vulnerable residential areas.
This incident is not the first of its kind. Every monsoon, our city witnesses preventable tragedies caused by open drains, clogged sewer systems, and water-logging. The grief and trauma experienced by the victim’s family and the outrage among residents is a reflection of the failure in urban management and public safety.
It is alarming and unacceptable that, despite repeated warnings from residents and civic groups, open drains and uncovered manholes continue to pose a deadly threat to the public-particularly children and the elderly. The absence of warning signs, safety grilles, and proper fencing around such drains is a glaring negligence on the part of the concerned departments.
I humbly urge your office to:
Conduct a thorough investigation into the incident and take accountability for the lapse.
Ensure immediate covering and fencing of all open stormwater drains across the city.
Launch a monsoon safety audit of high-risk zones and fix vulnerabilities.
Initiate an awareness campaign for citizens about safety measures during heavy rains.
We cannot afford to lose more innocent lives to administrative apathy. I hope the Corporation will treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves and work toward making Mumbai a safer city for all.
Yours sincerely,
Ranjeetha

I hope it help and such things will not happen in the future.
Hello Rajesh,
I see you were born in East Godavari, Andhra Pradesh. You completed your schooling (class 1-8) in Hyderabad in 2014. You then moved back to Andhra Pradesh and studied in Andhra Pradesh for your 9th and 10th grade education. You then completed your intermediate and graduation in Telangana.
Since you completed most of your higher education (intermediate and graduation) in Telangana, you might be eligible for local status in Telangana. In regard to local status for the purpose of applying for jobs, it usually depends upon the rules of residence of the respective state government. Since you have lived and studied in both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, you might want to ask with the local/domicile certificate authorities in your respective state. It is generally the case that the locality where you have studied the most years or where your family resides now is used for local status.
