With an All India rank of 73128, I don't think that you'll be getting any medical college even with SC category,.in Indraprasth university.
The last year's cutoff of IP university of SC category and Delhi domicile,
VMMC, DELHI- 44652 AIR
NDMC, NEW DELHI- 65197 AIR
BSA Medical college- 65141 AIR
But if you belong to are eligible for DEFENCE QOUTA then you have a chance of getting a seat.
But from this year the allotment of seat in VMMC will conducted by MCC and not by GGSIPU.

Hi !

The cutoff marks of IPU for SC quota was 401 with a closing rank of 76772 for getting admission into Army College of medical sciences , Delhi. So , you are on safer side as your marks and rank are both more than this cutoff. And these are the least marks.

Rest , cutoff changes every year , so All the best !
