i have scored 24 marks in my jee mains how can i get in BITS Pilani now , how should i plan everything i have one month.

Bits Pilani take admission through BITSAT .So you need to have a decent score in BITSAT.

It doesn't matter what you have scored in JEE.Bits pilani doesn't take admission on the basis of JEE mains.
