I have xy name in adhar card and 12 marksheet and xyz name in 10 marksheet and have applied jee and ipu form from xyz name I am confused ?

Generally they might be asking for any one of 10th or Aadhar card as a proof of Date of Birth. So, make sure you use your 10th certificate as the proof. Even if they cross verify, that will not be an issue because all your documents can be easily tallied and some of them will have your photo on it.
