I got 81.95 percentile in jee main and 88% in 12th class.can I get admission in ipu in cse branch .I am from general category.

Accordingly you need to have a rank within 10,000 to get CSE at good colleges of IPU, Which does not look possible in your case.
You can't be able to get admission in Indraprastha University, Delhi with this JEE main score, you need to score better than this. Or You can appear in its own examination conducted for admission in Indraprastha University.but you have to score better for CSE branch in Ipucet.
In JEE mains you need to score atleast 35k rank in general category for CSE branch and In Ipucet you need to score under 7000 for CSE branch in best colleges of Indraprastha University.
