You Have scored a very good marks in Class 12.So if you are intersted in Btech you can wait one year and prepare for Jee main for next year.You can definetly score well.Or if you are interseted in BSC you can opt for BSC from Delhi University
If you are interested in job after graduation then go for Btech,else if you want to go for higher studies go for BSC.
Dear Himanshu both things are different, In BTech, you can do specialisation in one stream like big data, data science artificial science these are the field of computer sciences or its depend upon which stream you want to choose, In Bsc you can read specific content rather than explore one particular stream.According to me you should go with BT
