Hello aspirant

Since neet 2020 performance is higher compared to previous years , this year you need to have 600+ marks to get government medical colleges in and all India qouta.

Cutoffs changes every year depending upon factors like difficulty level of examination, no of candidate's applied, seats available, their marks etc.

This year neet cutoff is expected to be much higher than previous years and that's why you were not able to get aiq seat.

You can try for state qouta and based on previous years cutoff you have decent chances to get admission for mbbs program in state qouta, but we cannot be sure.

To get a personalized list of colleges you can get into for mbbs or bds based on your neet scores, use our neet college predictor https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

Hope this information is useful

Thanks
