Hi Satyajit,
If you scored 27 in WBJEE, your rank will be around 50-55k. Cutoffs also varies according difficulty level of question & candidates, but according last few years, the marks vs rank statistics assumes that.
At this that you can colleges like MSIT, TINT, FIEM etc. As compare to the colleges, those are almost same, no such difference between them. But I suggest to go for MSIT or TINT.
