You can't be able to get rank 11300 with 27 marks in general category. You need to score atleast 60 marks for this rank. So you need an improvement.

You'll get somewhere near 15000 with this score. Because for even 1 mark you can find 10 students in between. Moreover for WB JEE the competition between general students is usually high. So it requires at least 40-50 to lie among top 10000.
