Ridhi, you will have to fill in the State of your eligibility. The State which you hold the domicile of and will be appearing for 85% State Counselling. The rest of the States, you will be eligible for All India Counselling except for Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh because Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh do not participate in All India Counselling.
