Ipu 2019 cut offs have not been released yet. It generally comes out after the counseling is completed generally in 2nd week of August.

Based on previous year cutt off, for sc, marks needed for mbbs were 580+ and for bds were 500+ as there can be slight difference in cutt offs, but approximately, i am sorry but it would be difficult for you to get admission still let's wait for the cutt off of this year. Although do keep up a backup option.
