Sorry to say your rank is bit higher to get you a seat in IIEST Shibpur, as per previous year cut off almost in every round the closing rank of sc is around 2000. So with this rank you will be not able to get a seat in aerospace engineering but if you want that particular college then you can get Metallurgy and Materials Engineering. Or rather than you can go with other colleges you may get there. Hope it helped you.
