my sc rank in jee main is 5223 can admission in jadovpur or shibpur iiest with good subject?

Hello Pritam, with that rank you'd barely get Mining or Meta in IIEST under home state quota. And for Jadavpur it depends on WBJEE not JEE(M). I'd suggest you to try for other NITs/GFTIs.
