The answer to your question is no, IP university do not consider JEE mains. They accept there seprate exam's score that is known as IPU CET which is held every year.
There are some colleges where seats are reserved for management quota. But if you want to get admission through Jee Mains score then you can go for other colleges and counselling like MHTCET and so where Jee main score is accepted.
