Can you please elaborate your first question.

As per package is concern it depends on your hardwork & some time luck too.
Eg
If you study hard & crake GATE then you can easily grab any PSU with good package.
Also if you go for computer then there package is also good.
I will advice you to go towards your interested field  and do hardwork you will surely grab a good package.
