Hello aspirant
Hope you are doing well
It is difficult to predict the cut off marks or ranks because it may vary every year depending on the following factors
1. Level of question paper
2. Total no of candidates
3. Category of candidate
4. Total no of seats
5. Marks obtained by students
Here is the link for the expected marks vs ranks
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-result-marks-vs-rank
So the cut off for state quota in west bengal for year 2020 was
1.Bankura Sammilani Medical College, Bankura -  582 marks
2. Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research, Kolkata - 626 marks
3. Medical College, Kolkata - 647 marks
4.Nilratan Sircar Medical College, Kolkata - 627 marks
And the last cut off for year 2019 was 519 marks so you have less chance to get mbbs govt college under state quota for general category but you can get dental or pvt medical college
You can check the previous year cut off marks from the link given below
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-west-bengal
You can use college predictor tool too know about the colleges you can get

Good luck.
Hope it helps

Hello Aspirant,

See on such marks and category you have good chances of getting some medical colleges in West Bengal under state quota according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you can get following colleges :-

IQ City Medical College and Narayana Multispeciality Hospital, Durgapur

Jagannath Gupta Institute of Medical Sciences and Hospital, Kolkata

ICARE Institute of Medical Science and Research and Dr Bidhan Chandra Roy Hospital, Haldia

And some more. You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-

NEET 2021 Cutoff West Bengal (2020, 2019, 2018, 2017) - Rank, College & Category wise (careers360.com)

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor because it will make you comfortable while choice filling in counselling :-
