You score lies in the moderate region. Some colleges do had a cutoff less than your score for BDS last year. But this year the cutoff score may increase. That's why you don't have much chance. But still you can try. You can also try for private colleges of the SVU region. You may get a seat in private Dental colleges of AU region. As per your marks, you could not get any govt. dental colleges in SVU region because the last year cut off was AIR 84974 and neet marks 390 for Government Dental College, Kadapa and even to get admission in private dental colleges will be difficult as the previous year cut off for Narayana Dental College and Hospital, Nellore was AIR 127008 and neet marks 345 which was also the lowest one.

Kindly note that cut off changes every year.
