In the state of eligibility, you have to fill your domicile state, The state you belong to, in NEET UG 2020 application form. Suppose if you belong to U.P and studied 12th in Jaipur, Rajasthan . So, you have to fill Uttar Pradesh(U.P) as your domicile state.
