B.S. Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science and Technology conducts online exams with continuous assessments (30%) and semester-end exams (70%). These examinations are conducted online through the online Proctored mode to ensure transparency and credibility. Students must secure at least 40% in semester-end theory exams for course completion.

In case any student fails to appear for the exams, he or she is required to write a substitute examination for any one of the two continuous assessment tests of a course (no substitute examination for semester-end examination). For this, the student has to pay the prescribed substitute examination fee. This is allowed for exceptional cases such as accidents or illness.

Note: The substitute examination is conducted only after the last working day of the semester and before the semester-end examination.
