Eligibility Criteria

Educational qualification

To gain admission to the General Management certification, you must hold a Bachelor’s degree (10+2+3 or 10+2+4), Diploma (10+2+3), or a two years Master’s degree, or equivalent. The degree or diploma can be in any discipline from a recognised institution. Plus, you must have a minimum aggregate of 50% marks of all the years.

Work Experience

Additionally, you need at least two years of work experience after completing the above-mentioned academic qualifications. If you meet the criteria but are not employed currently, you are still eligible to apply for the programme.

Certification qualification details

You will only receive the General Management certificate if you fulfill the assessment, and quiz scores, and attendance requirements. If due to any reason the student is unable to fulfill any criteria a ‘Participation Certificate’ from IIM Kashipur shall be awarded.

The classes for the General Management course will be held Sunday 09:00 AM to 10:30 AM for the first session. The second session will be held from 10:45 AM to 12:15 PM

2: How will the program delivery for the General Management certification take place?

The General Management online course will comprise online as well as on-campus learning. For the online modules, there will be live online classes or webinars on Google Classroom. For the on-campus classes, there will be offline simulations and communication workshops.

3: What will be the certification criteria for the General Management programme?
