IIM Kashipur Executive Programme in Operations & Supply Chain Management (online certification programme) will commence from August 25, 2024.
The CAT 2024 notification release date is July 30, 2024, and the registrations will start on August 2, 2024.
The CAT 2024 exam is expected to be conducted on November 24, 2024.
Currently, there are five programmes available at IIM Kashipur: 2-year full-time residential MBA; 2-year full-time residential MBA Analytics; 2-year weekend Executive MBA; 2-year Executive MBA Analytics; and 4-year full-time residential PhD. IIM Kashipur admissions are entirely entrance-based. Moreover, the institution has received accreditation from the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). Admission to the MBA offered by IIM Kashipur is done through CAT. IIM Kashipur also offers scholarships like Need cum Merit-Based Financial Assistance.
Indian Institute of Management Kashipur placement team helps in the placement of the students. The campus of the institute spreads over an area of 200 acres of land. IIM Kashipur Scholarship
IIM Kashipur offers scholarships to help financially disadvantaged and deserving students. The institute offers Need cum Merit Based Financial Assistance to up to 10% of the PGP pursuing candidates. The Indian Institute of Management Kashipur scholarship is available for both 1st year PGP and 2nd year PGP students. Up to 23 students in the first year and 23 students in the second year are awarded the scholarship. As per the IIM Kashipur scholarship criteria, 10 participants are awarded the scholarship based on need, 10 participants are awarded the scholarship based on need cum merit and 3 participants based on merit.
Thus, up to 46 students in the first and second year can avail full waiver in the tuition fees. However, some central government scholarships like the Central Sector Scholarship Scheme of Top-Class Education for Scheduled Castes Students, National Fellowship and Scholarship for Higher Education of ST Students, etc can also be availed at IIM Kashipur.

Amazing building and amenities, it's good for dap candidates as well. Fully furnished with wifi. There's gym, lawn tennis court, basketball etc. Cleaners visit room every single day and your floor and room are cleaned continuously.

Though, having work experience would definitely help in your interview, and further ahead in your career, but it is definitely not compulsory.

I would suggest your brother to go for IIM( Indian Institute of Management ) Trichy(Tiruchirappalli ) as it is definitely a better IIM than IIM Kashipur as according to NIRF rankings IIM Trichy is at 17 where as IIM Kashipur is at 33 so you can see the huge difference , also IIM Kashipur is a very new IIM in comparison to Trichy .
Your brother should choose a better college than the one which is closer to home .The placement scenario of Trichy is much better than Kashipur .
