The “Senior Leadership of Family Enterprises Certification” or in short known as SeLF is an immersive short-term entrepreneurial online management program suitable for the owners of Family Businesses. The SeLF Programme is offered by the SP Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR). Any participant who has enrolled in the program has to complete learning all the lectures and complete some other requirements if needed to be awarded the certificate of completion by SPJIMR institute.

Yes, the participants of the SeLF course can choose anyone from the specialized modules - Manufacturing, Retail, Service, and Real Estate.

2: How will the sessions be conducted?

A total of 8 online sessions will be conducted that is divided into 3-4 sessions every 6 weeks, and then followed by a Business and Role Plan presentation in the 8th week.

3: Will I get a certification after the completion of the sessions?

Yes, after a participant has successfully attended all the sessions, and completed other requirements, a certification will be awarded by SPJIMR.

4: Is it necessary to be the owner of a business to apply for the “Senior Leadership of Family Enterprises” Certification by SPJIMR?

Only if a candidate is a family business owner, and also actively involved in running the business can apply for this online course.

5: Does a candidate have to pay the entire fees online?
