Your chances are little low based on previous trends ,but  cutoff may change this year

thanks for asking your query as per your performance and category rank you may not any nit or government college through the counselling of josaa 2019 because your category rank should be under 15000 to claim such colleges but if you have domicile of bihar then it could be beneficical to you.

MIT, pune offers Bachelor of technology (B.tech) (lateral) in mechanical engineering. It's a 3yrs undergraduate course.

Eligibility - qualify 12th with atleast 50% and with physics, chemistry and mathematics/biology as mandatory subjects.

Admission is based on the student's score in MHT-CET/JEE main.

The placement and job opportunities are not good and sufficient for the students. only one third of the campus are getting placed. the placement in core companies are very less . the students get placed only in IT.

Top companies like Microsoft and Paypal visit the campus for providing internships but only 20-25% were given an opportunity due to fewer companies visiting the campus. The average stipend is around 25000-30000 per month for internships. The college has a good placement record. Almost all the students get placed but core companies in the non-IT sector are very less.

If you are opting for job in non core, then you will surely get placement whereas getting a core job is very difficult as the job offers are very less.

I don't think this college accepts JEE mains rank or if it is then please correct me. Admission is only possible through BCECE.

Well,if your rank us below 1000 then you can easily get core branches.

As you might expect, the cutoff varies in various categories as well as branchwise. Usually the seats get occupied under the rank of 500 for general category students. Especially the seats of core branches are occupied first but if you go for other branches, there is a slight chance that you might get a seat in ECE or IT or LT branch.

According to the last year you should go for Muzaffarpur institute of technology as it's rating is much higher than Bhagalpur college of engineering.

Both the college's are very reputed colleges and halve a very high cutoff range. Even if we apply the quota reservation then also you are not having any chance to get any branch in any of the college's as it needs to have a very good rank so you should try for some other colleges as well.
