In year 2019,gaya college of engineering achieve a lots of achievement... Like gate ranking, approx 30 seniors sir get placements in good company's, and some our seniors placed in government sector job... Like road construction department.. Etc. And through TEQIP 3 a good and well trained faculties joined gaya college of engineering. All faculties completed their PHD from top universities like some from foreign, and some from iit. A good college with good environment is present here. In gaya college of engineering 3 or 4 year hostel of boys and for all year girls hostel are inside the campus. College is far from gaya town, peace and good environment presents under campus. A good quality of library are available here.

Experience as a student of GCE. The college has a group of Excellent teaching faculty. Also a group of meritorious students... Lab available for all streams. Students must be self-dependent and self-focus on their aim. Lack of regular classes due to a not good management of the college.

Loss of infrastructure, faculty and placement cell

Our college has not well-defined infrastructure, faculty and placement cell. The college has only 8 faculty members, college fulfils their need of education by inviting guest lecture. We have not the well defined academic building where classes would be run. Only classes of two years would be run. The hostel is allowed only to 3rd year and 4th-year students. Not any placement cell come here for employing students. But our all these problems fulfilled by our senior who help us a lot. Our college is mainly a developing college, would become a top college of Bihar and find their rank in India's top colleges. Most of it's want to visit here for their workshop and programs.

GCE is one of the best government colleges of Bihar

GCE has an exquisite infrastructure with a big campus, multiple hostel facilities (with Wi-Fi connections), a big sports ground (for playing various games like cricket, football, volleyball, etc), along with a separate badminton court and a small cafeteria. Other facilities include the library, computer labs, practical laboratories, workshop labs, etc. GCE provides a good teaching faculty. It also invites guest faculties from different colleges to share their experiences and give valuable guidelines to the future technocrats. Various programmes are held every year to promote extra-curricular activities and all-round development of the students. Moreover, GCE often conducts workshops and technical fests to provide a broader platform for students to participate and explore new horizons. Last but not least, GCE runs various self-supported programs like 'Philanthropy GCEians" to support the society for a better cause and to make the world a better place to live. Hence, I can always say that "I'm proud to be a GCEian" and it is my pleasure to be a part of it.

It was a good time spent here, will miss my college life

Posted on 15 Jun' 15 by VIKASH KUMAR
"My college is atleast 9 miles from Gaya railway station.as for the infrastructure is concerned, its not so good but yet has enough rooms and blocks to conduct studies and administrative works. We live in hostel which is a newly built flourished place to study and extra-curricular activities.it has wi-fi facility and proper sanitation and drainage. now, placement is very poor you can say no placement here. although placement shell has been created but the officers of the placement wing are so lazy and inactive that they even do not know whats going on around in bihar and which company is visiting. LIbrary ,canteen and sports facilities are up to mark and in a good condition.but the real problem that needs attention is the permanent faculties for every stream of engineering like mechanical, civil, electrical and electronics ,computer science.teaching and non teaching staffs are very few which is a major problem in spite of these problems faced by us we are doing good in many fields and competitive examinations. it is a govt school and Bihar govt should care about the problems as soon as possible because we can do better than what we are achieving."
