Hello Gaurav,
Yes, according to previous year trends, B.Tech civil engineering for general in MIT Muzaffarpur closes at around 1,800 rank.
Since you have a rank of 254 which is much better than the trends, so you have a very good chance of getting civil engineering branch in MIT Muzaffarpur.
Hello aspirant, your rank is quite appreciable in both of the concerns. You will probably be able to freeze a seat in electronics and communication engineering. If you'll wait for further rounds of the college, you may even get a cse or IT seat. All the very best to you.
Hello Ritish,
You have a very high rank in BCECE. According to previous year trends, you can definitely get the Muzaffarpur Institute of Technology. As per for Bhagalpur College of Engineering you can get admission in all of the branches but the cutoff for Civil Engineering Branch is a little
Hello Kunal,
Your chances fantastic with following colleges under CSE, ECE and Civil engineering :
Supaul college of engineering
Shershah college of engineering
Gaya college of engineering
Nalanda college of engineering
Katihar college of engineering.
Chances for BCE and MIT extremely less.

Hii,These are my personal opinion ,One may disagree.
Though both the colleges MIT MUZAFARPUR & BCE BHAGALPUR are State govt colleges, each one of them have thier own merits/demerits.But for many reasons MIT Muzaffarpur seems to be a better choice.
Location of Campus: MIT is at prime location and its easy
First of all you should know that 18% of the seats are reserved for EBC(Economically Backward Class)
So there are still chances of you securing a seat if you fall under this category. However considering the latest trends of BCECE in MIT and Bhagalpur you need to secure a rank
Hello Dheeraj,
The MIT,Muzaffarpur is one of the best engineering Institute under Bihar Government.
The cutoff ranks are different for different branches and also varies year to year.
as per previous year resources and information it shows that an SC category candidate must be within 237 rank to get admission
Infrastructure of our college is slightly old But natural beauty is there but no any sports building no any lights in cricket ground and also lack of modern facilities . All the building for different branches are available but with very bad avabiality of recourses.
It is very old college. So its infrastructure is quite old. Building are made in 1960's and does not even renovated. Labs have equipment but not all are in working condition. Yes it provides wifi but sometimes working and sometimes not. Actually I am not in hostel so I can't tell much about it.
College infrastructure is very old. Hostels are build in 90's and it doesn't even renovated. Poor quality of food Very unhygienic. Yes there is wifi facility in the campus. Some class rooms are actually good having AC as well.
