With 101021 , CRL Rank it would be difficult to get into Jamia Millia Delhi in Normal rounds. However you could get branches like Civil in spot rounds. Last year the closing rank was around 90,000 In Spot-round IV. So if cutoff remains bit low , you could get those seats.
