I think definitely u I'll get the admission in OU and JNTU.if not u can preferred the following:

1.CBIT

2.Sreenidhi institute of science and technology

3.KITS

4.vasavi engineering college

5.Vardhaman college of engineering

6.Gokaraju gangaraju engineering college

7.VJIT

8 MVSR engg college
