Yes, you can get it either through AIQ or DU or management/paid seats. You have to go for online counselling by mcc for all quotas. Most likely you'll able to get it through AIQ or DU but it mostly depends on the merit list of colleges. Below, I am attaching the link which includes the detailed procedure for counselling.
