I got 974/1000(optionals 98%) in ipe and in jee mains 75percentile will i get CSE in sastra University in stream2 ?

For 974 marks there is less chance to get cse seat obviously we can say no chance but if no one is applied for that you can get so apply 1st then attend for the counciling if you are lucky you can get but when I applied to sastra with 984 marks I got only Information technology seat.
