According to your rank, it will not be possible for you to get MBM, Jodhpur because you need to secure a rank upto 30k to stand a chance in any of the branches or score atleast 140+.
I think you will have a chance in RTU, Kota because the cutoff for various branches ends approximately at 60k if you are from GENERAL category.
Also, I would suggest you to fill REAP form which will increase your chance of getting RTU, Kota.
