The MBM Jodhpur has a separate placement and training cell on campus. The MBM Jodhpur training and placement cell works throughout the year to place undergraduates and postgraduates in top and reputed organisations. The placement cell at the MBM Engineering College Jodhpur is managed by the T&P cell of the institute.

The training and placement cell organises various training programmes and sessions to help students improve their technical skills, interpersonal skills, and soft skills and personality development, LRDI (logical reasoning and data interpretation), training on quantitative aptitude and training on verbal ability of the students are the areas which are worked upon for enhancing the knowledge. All these things help in fulfilling the objective of creating maximum employment opportunities for the student. Students of MBM Jodhpur are also given internship opportunities that help in exploring the corporate world, gaining valuable experience, and refining the skills they possess.

placement are very good in this college around 70% students are placed mostly 9.5 lpa max package is around 25 LPA in campus as for off campus is 60 LPA but alumini do help in placement very much it alumni network is very strong and friendly
