Yes, you will be eligible to get admission in NITs or other colleges which takes admission through JEE Mains mark.

You can get admission in NIT colleges based on your merit in JEE main. Also, you can apply for government or private institutions other than IITs. Admission to IITs is strictly JEE advanced based.
