Since you have studied 9- 12 grade in India, you might not have a domicile but you are surely eligible to give the exam for a government seat because grade 10 and 12 certificates matter the most and are used during registration.

The main eligibility criteria is that:

Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board. Class 12 or equivalent appearing aspirants are also eligible to apply for NEET.

hello,

If you have studied 9th to 12th in India you are eligible to give NEET and can apply for government quota MBBS seat because you only need 10th and 12th document verification in the counselling time as well as for further admissions procedures.
