I took 2 year drop for jee due to medical circumstances.this year i may get IT in nit allahabad. Will my two year drop affect placements??

Your two year drop may not directly affect your placements but your age may just make the interviewers during placements curious. But as you have taken a drop due to medical reasons I guess you can justify it properly. They may ask you your experience during these two years and you can turn it into your advantage by telling that it showed your patience and determination to crack JEE even when your mates where two years into engineering.
