Dear sanskriti,
I am sorry to say that with that score you will not get admission in these college as they are one of the prestigious college of the country and application can from all over India to get admission.
But if you have a domecile of Delhi that means if you are a resident of Delhi and being lived in Delhi for more then 5 to 10 years you may get a chance under state quota.

At the time of councling you will get an option as home Quota which ask forna scanned copy of domecile.
